Mystery bug in user registration was fixed with this new roll out. Finally new users will not have to be scratching there heads if they get the CAPTCHA wrong or use a username or a e-mail address that has been already used.

- Recent pings: Allows all users to view the list of recent pings
- Ping health: Allows all users to view the health/success rate of pings to all services.
